I purchased this vintage apron several years ago at a shop called Tamize in Tokyo, which specializes in antiques.
The shopkeeper told me that it had been repaired by Kaoru Yokoo, and I bought it because of that.
Later, I saw a book by Kaoru Yokoo that featured the repair work.
If you take a damaged knit item to a Minä Perhonen store, Kaoru Yokoo will repair it beautifully.
This is a rare, one-of-a-kind vintage long apron skirt.
It can be worn over denim or a dress.
After purchasing it, I kept it stored away because it was so rare and I wanted to keep it in good condition.
